Hello neighbors!

Lost keys

A neighbor of ours lost a car and house key on the same ring the other day. Believe to be somewhere around the Fireside Drive / Andiron Drive or around the 91st Street entrance. They’ve searched  those areas with no luck. so please be on the lookout.

If  found please let me know and I will get you in contact with the neighbor.

Open Burning

Just a reminder that we are not allowed to burn leaves. Doing so can lead to a $2500 fine from the city. This creates a heavy smoke that can become a nuisance to our neighbors and can start fires. 

We can still burn limbs and such. For a complete list of what we can burn and not burn and when we can burn, please visit the open burning page at indy.gov.

However, we can dispose of 40 bags of leaves each week with our regular trash between November 4th and December 1st. Please use just plastic bags. The paper sacks tend to break open after getting wet..

Dog Poop

I’ve also received some complaints about dog walkers not picking up after their dogs. Those plastic shopping bags are perfect for this duty. We can be fined $25 per pile. 

Street Lights 

If you notice a street light is out please note the Location and number in yellow tag on the pole. Then go to the power companies report page and fill in the form. Please pass that information to me too. I will report it as well and for our records.
