Hello neighbors!

I got some good news about our streets and Masters Road! To my surprise, since I have not heard from the city since last October, I received notice today from the City of Indianapolis DPW that they are moving forward on working on Masters Road and neighborhood identified in our Indianapolis Neighborhood Infrastructure Partnership (INIP) application. However,  they are only repairing three locations. (Near 9102 Fireside Drive, Intersection of Masters Road and Hardwood Drive, Intersection of Homeside Drive and Hardwood Drive)

The reason it went from 6 to 3 locations is because the engineers found that some of the locations need major repair and inflationary cost. These increased the cost to $60,000 total with our half increased to $30,000. $16,000 over the $14,000 we put forward in our application. We only had A little over 19,000 in savings at that time. This is why only three locations out of the six are being strip patched. We just don’t have the money to cover the additional cost at this time.

I will inform you when they are planning  to start the work by email and/or In the newsletter that goes out with our dues Invoices in late May.

Speaking of dues!  Here shortly, the HOA will be emailing out Invoices from WaveApps.com. It’s a free online accounting software program that allows you to use credit cards to pay your dues. You can still use hearthstonehoa.com and paypal.me, just click on the blue text to get to these. 

Just a little note,. if you want to pay through our website each quantity is $60. If you owe $120, the quantity will be two. 

Last year a majority of you paid online. That really helped  reduce the cost of preparing and mailing out dues notices. Lets do it again! If you plan on paying online, please do so by May 15th.
