Hello Neighbors!
It’s that time of year again to gather up all the stuff you no longer need and want and sell it! The HOA will be advertising again on Garagesale.com, Craigslist.com, Facebook Marketplace and Nextdoor. We will also put more signage along Masters Rd., 91st St., and within the neighborhood to direct Buyers to those on Andiron Dr., Andiron Way and Embers Way. 
We had over 10 of our Neighbors participate last year that had great success. We’re dedicated to exceeding expectations. We want to ensure this is worth your time.
Also, there are those that have only a few items to sell but can’t participate. If you’re willing to allow them bring those items over for you to sell them for them, please let us know.
The date is Saturday, June 26th from 8am-3pm.
